Ox is the Star of Arts for Snake, Rooster, and Ox. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this is a good day for creative thinking and work.
Ox favors Ox, Snake, Rooster, Rat, and Pig; is neutral toward Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, and Monkey; and clashes with Horse, Sheep, and Dog.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen calculation, is number 12, line 3.

Hexagram 12 is Bi, Stagnation. Corrupt people are successful. High and low do not agree. The great departs, the small approaches.

Line 3 warns not to bite off more than you can chew. The zodiac signs for line 3, Rabbit and Monkey, clash with one another, are in a fairly harmonious relation with the signs of changing line, 5, are in harmony with the sign for the day, and are in partial discord with the sign for the month. The Fire of Fire Ox day puts a snake in line 3. Pay attention to details. There is more than meets the eye. There are gains to be made. But avoid blowing money on bad deals.

The elements of this hexagram are Metal, Earth, and Metal. Good spirits guide.
