Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 8/11/16

8/11 is the day of Wood Ox in the month of Fire Monkey. This is a harmonious combination. It favors diligence and smooth work, and encourages problem solving.
This day is designated as inauspicious and initiate. It is bad for all kinds of major activities, as such hold risks of financial losses and injuries.
An initiate day is normally good for starting projects as long as they are not long lasting. It is also not good for forming new partnerships. It is ok for accepting work and assignments, however.
The lunar mansion this day is Dou, the Dipper. It is good for fengshui operations, commercial more than residential. And it is good for literary work.
Ox, the sign of this day, is the Star of Art for Snake, Rooster, and Ox. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is a good day for artistic, or creative, inventive work.
Ox favors Ox, Snake, Rooster, Rat, and Pig; is neutral toward Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, and Monkey; and clashes with Horse, Sheep, and Dog.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 61, line 4.

Hexagram 61 is Zhongfu, Central truth. Pigs and fishes. Good luck. Time to cross the great water. Time to persevere.

Line 4 Stay focused. The zodiac sign of line 4, Sheep, is weak by the element of the season, and, by the element of the hexagram, signifies, colleagues, or people who come around. Sheep clashes with the sign of the day, and is neutral toward the sign of the month. The Earth produces gold. Hold to your virtue; develop your merit. The Wood of Wood Ox day puts a snake in line 4. It favors watchfulness and reserve.
