Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 3/13/17

3/13 is the day of Earth Pig in the month of Water Rabbit. This is a clashing combination. It favors adventurous, dangerous careers, like police and military.
This day is designated as auspicious and successful. It is good for all endeavors. With plenty of hard work from this point you will reap substantial gains within 60 to 120 days as well as get the assistance of noble people if you need it. Nothing will remain bad for long.
A success day is a most auspicious day.
The lunar mansion is Zhang, Bow. This is an extremely positive star, good for everything.
If you were born in a year or day of Snake, Rooster, or Ox, this day may be very busy. It is good for traveling, and making progress at work.
The I Ching for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 2, line 6.

Hexagram 2 is Kun, The Earth. Sublime success. The firmness of a mare is advantageous. If the superior man takes the initiative he goes astray. If he follows he finds guidance. Favorable friends are found in the south and west. Those in the north and east will be lost. Gentle persistence brings good fortune.

Line 6 Contending with a true dragon results in black and yellow blood. Attempts to lead are dangerous when one is called to follow. The zodiac sign of line 6 is Rooster. By the element of the season, Rooster is weak. By the element of the hexagram, Rooster signifies creative and business interests. Rooster is mostly neutral with the signs of changing lines, 1, 3, 4, and 5, as well as with the sign of the day, and it clashes with the sign of the month. Generating perfect order. Calm clear sailing ahead is shown. The Earth of Earth Pig day puts a worm in line 6. Watch your step.
