Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 3/28/17

3/28 is the day of Wood Tiger in the lunar month of Wood Dragon. It is a new moon. This is a harmonious combination, good for cautious speculating.
This day is designated as inauspicious and closed. It is unsuitable for starting any major activity, as this day does not have any Qi. Use it only for unimportant events.
A closed day is the lowest point in the 12 day cycle, especially since it is new moon. It is useless for starting any activity of great personal or business significance.
The lunar mansion is Shi, Room. It signifies multiplication of assets.
If you were born in a year or day of Monkey, Rat, or Dragon, this may be a busy day, good for travel.
Tiger, the sign of this month, is in harmony with Tiger, Horse, Dog, Rabbit, Dragon and Pig; neutral with Sheep, Rooster, Rat, and Ox; and clashes with Snake and Monkey.
The I Ching for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 59, line 5.

Hexagram 59 is Huan, Dispersion. Success. The king approaches his temple.

Line 5 Adjust and make corrections to meet with the changing times and changing circumstances. The zodiac signs for line 5 are Snake and Sheep. By the element of the season, both are strong. By the element of the hexagram, Snake signifies colleagues, and Sheep signifies creative or business interests. Snake and Sheep are mainly in harmony with the signs of changing lines, 2, 3, and 4. Snake clashes with the sign of the day, and is neutral with the sign of the month. Sheep is neutral with both the day and month. Neither recognition of talent, nor can Wood start Fire. Avoid disaster, retreat. The Wood of Wood Tiger puts another tiger in line 5. Be extremely careful today.
