In other words, don't get side tracked. The two Dragons also clash with the signs of the day and month, but the sign of the month is void as well, so danger of distraction comes up again. The main clash is between Dragon and the sign of the day, Dog. They fight in an atmosphere of potential confusion. Then, the Metal of Metal Dog day puts yet another dragon in line 3. This entirely overrides the clash, and wins by taking bold action. In a nutshell it says, get what you need today. If you have something to accomplish, do it now. Act now.
