4/14 is the day of Fire Tiger in the month of Water Dragon. This is a partly discordant combination. It favors creativity.

Horse is generally in harmony with the signs of changing lines, 1, 2, and 6, and with the signs of the day and month. The Fire of Fire Tiger day puts a tiger in line 4. Fools rush in where angels fear to tread. Choose your battles wisely. This is the wrong time to attack; you could be in for a nasty surprise if you do.
