Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 3/9/18

3/9 is the day of Metal Rat in the lunar month of Wood Tiger. This is a clashing combination.
This day is designated as auspicious and open. Only if your (self) element is yin or yang water or earth should you do any major activity today.
An open day is good for opening your home or office and welcoming in guests.
The lunar mansion is Jing, Well. This is a good asterism for fengshui.
If you were born in a year or day of Pig, Rabbit, or Sheep, this is a good day for romance, and expression of your talents.
If you were born in a year or day of Snake, Rooster, or Ox, this is a good day for taking command of your work and driving it forward.
Rat, the sign of the day, is in harmony with Rat, Dragon, Monkey, Pig, and Ox; neutral with Tiger, Snake, Rooster, and Dog; clashes with Rabbit and Horse; and is ambivalent with Sheep.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 54, line 3.

Hexagram 54 is the Marrying Maiden. Enterprising brings misfortune. Attempted progress is disadvantageous.

Line 3 Beware of trying to obtain things by improper means. The zodiac sign for line 3 is Ox. By the element of the season, Ox is weak. By the element of the hexagram, Ox signifies support. Ox is in harmony with the sign of the day, and is neutral with the sign of the month. The sequence of elements shows belated, or delayed fortune. The Metal of Metal Rat day puts a dragon in line 3. Act, but with due caution.
