Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 4/15/18

4/15 is the day of Fire Ox in the lunar month of Wood Rabbit. This is a harmonious combination.
This day is designated as dire and open. Do not engage in any major work today. Because it is the last day of the Moon, any new action or new project will fail. By the Chinese calendar, wait 5 days (4/20) to start new works.
An open day is good for inviting in guests.
The lunar mansion is Fang, House is good for prayers.
If you were born in a year or day of Snake, Rooster, or Ox, this day is favors creative work.
Ox, the sign of the day, is in harmony with Ox, Snake, Rooster, Pig, and Rat; neutral with Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Monkey, and Dog; and clashes with Horse, and Sheep.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 47, line 1.

Hexagram 47 is Kun, Opression. Actions of the superior man are advantageous. No error. Though he speaks words they are not convincing.

Line 1 Never let adversity conquer you. The zodiac sign of line 1 is Tiger. By the element of the season, Tiger signifies friends and colleagues. By the element of the hexagram, Tiger signifies money. Tiger is neutral with the sign of the day, and is in harmony with the sign of the month. The sequence of elements says to retreat. The Fire of Fire Ox day puts a raven in line 1. Retreat from gossip and quarreling. Be careful with speech.
