Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 11/6/15
11/6 is the day of Fire Dog in the month of Fire Dog. This is a powerful combination. It favors independent creative activity, and brings luck.
Dog is the Star of Arts for Tiger, Horse, and Dog. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this is a good day for creative work.
Dog generally favors Dog, Tiger, Horse, Rabbit, and Monkey; is neutral toward Pig, Rat, and Snake; clashes with Ox, Dragon, and Sheep; and is either good or bad with Rooster depending on circumstances.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 17, line 3.
Hexagram 17 is Sui, Following. Persist in what is blameless.
Line 3 Let go of the weak and follow the strong. The zodiac sign of line 3, Dragon, is strong by the season, and, by the hexagram, represents money. Dragon clashes with Dog, the sign of the day and month. It looks like a challenge, or contest. The Fire of Fire Dog day puts a snake in line 3. It means something hidden. It calls for skill, shrewdness, and finesse.
