Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 4/22/17

4/22 is the day of Earth Rabbit in the month of Wood Dragon. This is a harmonious combination. It favors competitiveness.
This day is designated as inauspicious and closed. It is unsuitable for any major activity, such as renovation, marriage, moving house, and so on.
A close day is not good for any activity of great personal or business significance.
The lunar mansion is Nu, the Weaving Maiden. This is a good asterism for literary pursuits.
If you were born in a year or day of Tiger, Horse, or Dog, this is a good day for love.
If you were born in a year or day of Pig, Rabbit, or Sheep, this is a good day to make headway in your career.
Rabbit, the sign of this day, is in harmony with Rabbit, Sheep, Pig, Tiger, and Dog; neutral with Snake, Horse, Monkey, and Ox; clashes with Rooster and Rat, and is ambivalent with Dragon.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 63, line 3.

Hexagram 63 is Jiji, After Completion. Success in small matters. Good fortune in the beginning. Disorder likely in the end. Don't go too far.

Line 3 The illustrious ancestor carries out an attack of the devil's region, and conquers it after three years. Inferior men must not take part of such an undertaking. The zodiac sign of line 3 is Pig. By the element of the season, Pig is weak. By the element of the hexagram, Pig signifies your colleagues. Pig is essentially in harmony with the signs of changing lines, 1, 5, and 6, the sign of the day, and is neutral with the sign of the month. Wait. The Earth of Earth Rabbit day puts a tortoise in line 3. It is a good idea to go about your business in privacy, and not let other's take advantage of you now.
