Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 9/13/17

9/13 is the day of Water Rabbit in the month of Earth Monkey. This is a harmonious combination. It favors helping others.
This day is designated as excellent and dangerous. It is good for major activities like marriage, building, moving house, opening a new business, traveling, etc.
A danger day is used for religious worship and fengshui operations.
The lunar mansion is Bi, Wall. This is a positive asterism. It promises increase in wealth. Avoid traveling south.
If you were born in a year or day of Tiger, Horse, or Dog, this is a good day for romance.
If you were born in a year or day of Pig, Rabbit, or Sheep, this is a good day for taking command of your work and moving forward.
Rabbit, the sign of the day, is in harmony with Rabbit, Sheep, Pig, Tiger, and Dog; neutral with Snake, Horse, Monkey, and Ox; clashes with Rooster and Rat; and is ambivalent with Dragon.
The I Ching hexagram for the day, using the King Wen method, is number 2, line 6.

Hexagram 2 Kun, Earth. The firmness of a mare is auspicious. If the man takes the initiative he goes astray, but if he follows he finds guidance. Favorable friends are found in the southwest. But those in the northeast will be lost. Gentle persistence leads to good fortune.

Line 6 Contending with a true dragon results in black and yellow blood. The signs of line 6 are Rooster and Tiger. By the element of the Season, Rooster is strong, Tiger is weak. By the element of the hexagram, Rooster signifies creative, or business interests, and Tiger signifies money. Rooster and Tiger are equally good and bad with the signs of changing line, 3, and with the signs of the day and month. The sequence of elements shows wood being hacked by metal. The Water of Water Rabbit day puts a tiger in line 6. Be very cautious. There are hostile elements all around.
