Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 10/4/16
10/4 is the day of Earth Sheep in the lunar month of Earth Dog. This is a harmonious combination. It favors the expression of talent and competitiveness.
This day is designated and auspicious and open. It is fairly useful and good for burials.
An open day is good for official openings, house warming, starting work, signing agreements, marriage, and business engagements.
The lunar mansion this day is Wei, Tail. It is good for burials, door alignment and water placements in fengshui, marriage, signing contracts, and beginning construction.
Sheep, the sign of this day, is the Star of Arts for Pig, Rabbit, and Sheep. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is a good day for creative work.
Sheep is in harmony with Sheep, Horse, Snake, Pig, and Rabbit; neutral toward Monkey, Rooster, Tiger, and Dragon; clashes with Ox and Dog; and is ambivalent toward Rat.
The I Ching hexagram, using the King Wen method, is number 50, line 2.
Hexagram 50 is Ding, the Cauldron. Highest good fortune. Success.
Line 2 Believing my enemies cannot harm me, they will not. Good fortune. The zodiac sign of line 2, Pig, by the element of the season, is strong. And by the element of the hexagram, represents power. Pig is in harmony with the signs of changing lines, 5 and 6, and with the signs of the day and month. Meditate. The Earth of Earth Sheep day puts a tiger in line 2. If you are ready, act without hesitation. Action with hesitation is very dangerous and can bring disaster.
