Dog, by the hexagram represents one's creative work, or business interests, but, because it is empty, it shows others who make demands and force you to take a stand. Dog is mostly in harmony with the signs of changing lines, 2, 3, and 5, and with the signs of the day and month. It is open and inviting to others. But, the Fire of Fire Tiger day puts a tiger in line 4, which warns that not everyone has good intentions, and you need to see that in order to avoid unnecessary trouble. In dealing with others, be alert, and don't get into a fight. Also be alert to possible unexpected, untoward turns of events.
