Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 12/7/15
12/7 is the day of Fire Snake in the month of Fire Pig. This is a discordant combination. It can bring good luck, but it can also bring up hostility. It favors being practical and working hard.
Snake is the Traveling Star for Pig, Rabbit, and Sheep. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this is a good day for moving forward at work, rearranging your space, and traveling.
Snake favors Snake, Rooster, Ox, Horse, and Sheep; is neutral toward Dog, Rat, Rabbit, and Dragon; and clashes with Monkey, Pig, and Tiger.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 13, line 3.
Hexagram 13 is Tongren, Fellowship. Open fellowship is favorable. It is good to cross the great water. Perseverance of the superior person brings success.
Line 3 advises, if there is mistrust, to clarify your goals and reassess the situation. The zodiac sign for line 3, Pig, is strong by the season, and, by the hexagram, represents your ability to stand up against challenges. Pig is not discordant with the signs of changing line, 6, but clashes with the signs of the day and month. The odds are high. There could be trouble. The Fire of Fire Snake day puts a snake in line 3. It pays to look carefully, because something is hidden. Caution is advised.
