Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 2/6/16
2/6 is the day of Earth Horse in the lunar month of Earth Ox. This is a partly harmonious combination. It favors those who are competitive and independent. It has the ability to resolve difficulties, but also tends to impatience and anger.
Horse is the Commanding Star for Tiger, Horse, and Dog. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is a good day take charge and move forward in your career.
Horse favors Dog, Tiger, Sheep, and Snake; is neutral toward Monkey, Rooster, Pig, Rabbit, and Dragon; and clashes with Horse, Rat, and Ox.
The I Ching for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 49, line 4.
Hexagram 49 is Ge, Revolution. On your own day you are believed. Perseverance brings highest success. This hexagram is bad in spring. We are now in Chinese spring season.
Line 4 says disappointment disappears. People believe in him. Changing the government is lucky. The zodiac sign for line 4, Pig, is strong by the season, and, by the hexagram, signifies the people around you. You may or may not be in agreement with them. For the most part, Pig is in harmony with the signs of changing lines, 2 and 6, and is neutral toward the signs of the day and month. The group has one view. And while they are in general agreement with one another, there isn't much they can do at this point. The Earth of Earth Horse day puts a tortoise in line 4. If you differ with them, it is to your advantage to keep quiet and move away from them.
