Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 12/11/16
12/11 is the day of Fire Rabbit in the month of Metal Rat. This is a clash combination. It favors the ability to stand up to challenges.
This day is designated as inauspicious and balance. It is a bad day for anger, discord, misunderstanding, arguments, and failures. Selfish and malicious people can do harm.
A balance day: activities commencing on a balance day should be favorable for both sides.
The lunar mansion is Mao, Pleiades. This is an extremely negative star.
Rabbit, the sign of this day, is in harmony with Rabbit, Sheep, Pig, Tiger, and Dog; neutral with Snake, Horse, Monkey, and Ox; clashes with Rooster and Rat; and is ambivalent with Dragon.
The I Ching hexagram, using the King Wen method, is number 35, line 4.
Hexagram 35 is Jin, Advancing. The powerful prince is honored with large numbers of horses. He receives an audience with the king three times in a single day.
Line 4 To advance like a rodent is dangerous. The zodiac sign for line 4 is Rooster. By the element of the season, Rooster is weak. By the element of the hexagram, Rooster signifies colleagues and acquaintances. Rooster clashes with the sign for the day and is neutral with the sign for the month. The Fire of Fire Rabbit day puts a tiger in line 4. This is very dangerous. It is best avoided.
