Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 9/17/16

9/17 is the day of Water Tiger in the month of Fire Rooster. This is a clash combination that contains an academic star, that can favorably resolve situations. The combination favors legal, legislative fields, as well as metaphysics, and arts.
This day is designated as auspicious and initiate. It is ideal for renovation, moving house, marriage, starting a new business, and travel. Using this day contributes to an increase in wealth.
An initiate day is good for starting work engagements, or assignments, signing contracts, and starting new projects.
The lunar mansion for this day is Wei, the Stomach. It is very good for marriage. Marriage under this star will not only enjoy wealth, but will bring the best company of filial children.
Tiger, the sign for this day, is the Traveling Star for Monkey, Rat, and Dragon. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is a good day for rearranging your home or business, going forward in career plans, or traveling.
The I Ching hexagram, using the King Wen method, is number 41, line 3.

Hexagram 41 is Sun, Decrease. It brings things to highest good when combined with sincerity. No blame. It is a time to persevere and to undertake something, by using two small bowls for the sacrifice. The small bowls mean restraining wrath and desire.

Line 3. When three people travel together, their number is decreased by one. When one travels alone, he finds a friend. The zodiac sign of line 3, Ox, is weak by the element of the season. And by the element of the hexagram, Ox represents the people who come around you. Ox is in harmony with the signs of changing lines 3, 4, and 5, is neutral with the sign of the day, and harmonious with the sign of the month. Press on, laying back invites problems. The Water of Water Tiger day puts a raven in line 3. Raven warns of arguments. Don't get into pettiness.
