Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 9/21/16

9/21 is the day of Fire Horse in the month of Fire Rooster. This is a harmonious combination that contains a Knife Blade, warning of anger. The combination favors working hard.
This day is designated as auspicious and receive. This is favorable for groundbreaking.
A receive day is favorable for closing a deal, proposing marriage, and starting a new job. It is bad, however, for seeking medical treatment, and for visiting the sick.
The lunar mansion this day is Can, Orion. It is good for all fengshui activities, travel, renovation.
Horse, the sign for this day, is the Star of Romance for Snake, Rooster, and Ox. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is a good day for romantic relations.
If you were born in a year or day of Tiger, Horse, or Dog, this is a good day for making progress in your work.
Horse is harmonious with Sheep, Snake, Dog, and Tiger; is neutral toward Monkey, Rooster, Pig, Rabbit, and Dog; and clashes with Rat, Ox, and Horse.
The I Ching hexagram for his day, using the King Wen method, is number 64 line 3.

Hexagram 64 is Weiji, Before completion. Success. But if the little fox gets his tail wet before crossing the water, it doesn't further anything.

Line 3 attack is bad. It is a time to cross the great water. The zodiac signs for line 3 are Horse and Rooster. They are neutral toward one another. But, Horse is weak while Rooster is strong by the element of the season. By the element of the Hexagram they represent people who come around and money. Horse and Rooster clash with the sign of the day and with the sign of the month. The Fire of Fire Horse day puts a snake in line 3. You can avoid conflict by keeping quiet and being watchful.
