Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 9/28/16

9/28/is the day of Water Ox in the month of Fire Rooster. This is a discordant combination. It favors talent related professions and psychics.
This day is designated as fair and stable. Fairly useful, it is not good any for important activities.
A stable day is good for activities that have long lasting affect. It is a good day for such thing as opening a business, house warming parties, and seeking medical treatment.
The lunar mansion this day is Zhen, Carriage. It is ok for investments, not ok for travel, bad for travel to the north.
Ox, the sign of the day, is the Star of Arts for Snake, Rabbit, and Ox. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is a good day for creative work.
Ox is harmonious with Ox, Snake, Rooster, Rat, and Pig; neutral toward Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Monkey, and Dog; and clashes with Horse and Sheep.
The I Ching Hexagram, using the King Wen method, is number 26, line 2.

Hexagram 26 is Daxu, Great Restraint. The image of a dragon hidden in a solitary glen.

Line 2 The axles are taken from the wagon. The zodiac sign of line 2 is Tiger. Tiger is empty, therefore unpredictable. By the element if the season Tiger is weak. And by the element of the hexagram Tiger signifies power. Tiger is for the most part in harmony with the signs of changing lines 3 and 6, and is neutral toward the sign of the day and month. There is vacillation. Advance. The Water of Water Ox day puts a dragon in line 2. When there is motivation, act.
