Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 11/17/16

11/17 is the day of Water Rabbit in the month of Earth Pig. Water Rabbit is extremely clever. The combination clashes. It favors competition.
This day is designated as auspicious and stable. It is fairly good for starting construction, moving house, getting married, travel, launching a new business, and so on.
A stable day is good for all undertakings that have a long term projection.
The lunar mansion this day is Jing, the Well. This is good for fengshui activities especially door alignment and water placement.
If you were born in a year or day of Tiger, Horse, or Dog, this is a good day for love.
If you were born in a year or day of Pig, Rabbit, or Sheep. this is a good day for pursuing your career aims.
Rabbit, the sign for this day, is harmonious with Rabbit, Sheep, Pig, Tiger, and Dog; neutral toward Horse, Monkey, Ox, and Snake; clashes with Rooster and Rat; and ambivalent toward Dragon.
This I Ching hexagram, using the King Wen method, is number 60, line 1.

Hexagram 60 is Ji, Limitation. Limitation is successful. Excess limitation is not.

Line 1 Not to go out the door and courtyard is blameless. The zodiac signs of line 1 are Snake and Tiger. Snake and Tiger clash. By the element of the season, Snake is weak, and Tiger is strong. But the element of the hexagram Snake signifies money, and Tiger signifies signifies support. Snake is neutral toward the sign of the day and and clashes with the sign of the month, and Tiger is in harmony with the signs of the day and month. Wood, Fire, and Water in nonproductive order. The Water of Water Rabbit day puts a tortoise in line 1. Where difficulties arise, it is best to back off for the time being, and keep to yourself.
