Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 9/9/16

9/9 is the day of Wood Horse in the month of Fire Rooster. This is a harmonious combination. It favors hard work.
This day is signified as an inauspicious receive day. It is fickle and can spell harm and legal problems.
A receive day means to receive something in return. This, being bad, signifies that it is not good for closing deals, asking for a raise, starting a new job, and proposing marriage.
The lunar mansion for this day is Nui, Ox. It is a disaster star, and should be kept out of personal and professional affairs.
Horse, the star of the day, favors Sheep, Snake, Dog, and Tiger; is neutral toward Monkey, Rooster, Pig, Rabbit, and Dragon; and clashes with Horse, Rat, and Ox.
The I Ching hexagram, using the King Wen method, is number 11, line 3.

Hexagram 11,  is Tai, Peace. The small fades away and great things are coming.

Line 3 No even ground without a hill nearby, and no adventures without returning home. The zodiac signs for the day Dragon and Ox , are indifferent to one another, and are weak by the element of the season. By the element of the element of the hexagram, they represent colleagues gathering around oneself. Dragon and Ox clash with the signs of changing line, 4, and with the sign of the day, but are in harmony with the sign of the month. Must wait for a better future. The Wood of Wood Horse day, puts a tortoise in line 3. You have to deal with obstacles.
