Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 9/9/16

9/9 is the day of Wood Horse in the month of Fire Rooster. This is a harmonious combination. It favors hard work. 

This day is signified as an inauspicious receive day. It is fickle and can spell harm and legal problems.

Hexagram 11,  is Tai, Peace. The small fades away and great things are coming.

By the element of the element of the hexagram, they represent colleagues gathering around oneself. Dragon and Ox clash with the signs of changing line, 4, and with the sign of the day, but are in harmony with the sign of the month. Must wait for a better future. The Wood of Wood Horse day, puts a tortoise in line 3. You have to deal with obstacles.
