Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 2/14/17

2/14 is the day of Water Monkey in the month of Water Tiger. This is a dangerous combination in which unexpected trouble can come up. It, nonetheless, favors all talent related careers.
This day is designated as inauspicious and destructive. It warns of legal troubles, malicious gossip, arguments, and loss of wealth within 3 to 5 years if you start major activities this day.
A destruction day is good for demolitions.
The lunar mansion is Yi, A Wing. This is a generally negative star.
If you were born in a year or day of Tiger, Horse, or Dog, this could be a very busy day.
Monkey, the sign for this day, is in harmony with Monkey, Rat, Dragon, Rooster, and Dog; neutral with Ox, Rabbit, Horse, and Sheep; and clashes with Pig, Tiger, and Snake.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 17, line 3.

Hexagram 17 is Sui, Following. Success. Persistence is favorable. Do what is blameless. No error.

Line 3 Use caution and discrimination. Turn away from the weak to follow the strong. The zodiac sign for line 3 is Dragon. By the element of the season, Dragon is strong. By the element of the hexagram, Dragon represents money. Dragon is in harmony with the signs for the day and month. But the Water of Water Monkey day puts a raven in line 3. Negativity runs through this day. There is jealousy and envy. Avoid quarreling.
