Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 3/31/17

3/31 is the day of Fire Snake in the lunar month of Wood Dragon. This is a harmonious combination that favors all talent related professions, such as painting, music, acting, and so on.
This day is designated as fair and full. It is good for starting all major activities, such as renovations, marriage, moving house, travel, etc. It is a good day to conceive a child. And it brings increase of wealth.
A full day is a day of bountiful returns.
The lunar mansion is Lou, Mound. It is a good star for everything with no negative attributes. It is good for all business and personal activities.
If you were born in a year or day of Pig, Rabbit, or Sheep, this may be a busy day, good for advancing your career.
Snake, the sign of the day, is compatible with Snake, Rooster, Rat, Horse, and Sheep; neutral with Dog, Ox, Rabbit, and Dragon; and clashes with Monkey, Pig, and Tiger.
The I Ching hexagram for the day, using the King Wen method, is number 28, line 4.

Hexagram 28 is Daguo, Great Passing. The ridgepole sags precariously. Pursuing a goal is advantageous. Success.

Line 4 Talent plus inspiration makes for superiority. The zodiac signs for line 4 are Pig and Monkey. By the element of the season, both are weak. By the element of the hexagram, Pig signifies support, and monkey signifies power. Pig and Monkey are neutral with the signs of changing line, 3. Pig and Monkey clash with the sign of the day. Pig is neutral with the sign of the month, and Monkey is in harmony with the sign of the month. Use hidden assets. Move southwest for gains, means move among the people. The Fire of Fire Snake day puts a tiger in line 4. Seize the day.
