Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 6/2/17

6/2 is the day of Metal Monkey in the lunar month of Fire Horse. This is a clashing combination. It favors government affairs.
This day is designated as dire and balancing. It is bad for all major undertakings, such as beginning renovation, travel, marriage, and moving house. It is a harbinger of malicious actions by jealous or petty minded people, also a danger of accidents, and loss of wealth if you engage in the above.
A balance day is one in which all sides in an agreement have to be equal. Where there is disagreement there is danger.
It is best to ignore people and keep a low profile.
The lunar mansion is Gui, Ghost. This is a negative asterism. Do not travel west.
If you were born in a year or day of Tiger, Horse, or Dog, this day may be busy, good for moving forward in your work.
Monkey, the sign of the day, is in harmony with Monkey, Rat, Dragon, Rooster, and Dog; neutral with Ox, Rabbit, Horse, and Sheep; and clashes with Pig, Tiger, and Snake.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 63, line 3.

Hexagram 63 is Jiji, Completion. Success in small matters. Good fortune at the beginning. Disorder in the end.

Line 3 The illustrious ancestor carries out an attack on the devil's region, and conquers it after three years. Inferior men must not take part in the undertaking. The zodiac sign of line 3 is Pig. By the element of the season, Pig is weak. By the element of the hexagram, Pig signifies your colleagues. Pig is in harmony with the signs of changing lines, 5 and 6, clashes with the sign of the day and is neutral with the sign of the month. Water, Metal and Fire. Elements in an unproductive relationship. Goals can be reached only with hard work. The Metal of Metal Monkey day puts a dragon in line 3. This is auspicious. However difficult the conditions, take action.
