Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 6/27/17

6/27 is the day of Wood Rooster in the month of Fire Sheep. This is a harmonious combination. It favors speculation. This day is designated as inauspicious and balancing. It is bad for starting all major activities, and warns of legal entanglements if you do.
A balance day is when all parties to an agreement are equal. Be careful what you agree to.
The lunar mansion is Zui, Beak. This is a negative asterim. Avoid starting all important personal or business activities.
If you were born in a year or day of Monkey, Rat, or Dragon, this is a good day for romantic affairs.
If you were born in a year or day of Snake, Rooster, or Ox, this is a good day for making progress in your work.
Rooster, the sign of the day, is in harmony with Ox, Snake, Monkey, and Dragon; neutral with Pig, Rat, Tiger, Horse, and Sheep; clashes with Rabbit and Rooster; and is ambivalent with Dog.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 61, line 4.

Hexagram 61 is Zhongfu, Central Sincerity. Pigs and fishes. Good luck. It is advantageous to cross the great water and to persevere.

Line 4 Never cease deepening your sincerity. The zodiac signs of line 4 are Sheep and Rooster. By the element of the season, Sheep is strong; Rooster is weak. By the element of the hexagram, Sheep signifies colleagues; Rooster signifies business interests. In this case, loyalty comes first. Sheep and Rooster are in harmony with the signs of changing lines, 1 and 5. Sheep is neutral with the sign of the day and harmonious with the sign of the month. Rooster clashes with the sign of the day and is neutral with the sign of the month. The sequence of elements signifies profits ahead. The Wood of Wood Rooster day puts a tiger in line 4. Danger. If you break with the group, or if the group is being misled, misfortune. There might even be disaster. It is best to hold back, or wait.
