Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 11/11/17

11/11 is the day of Water Tiger in the lunar month of Metal Dog. This is a harmonious combination.
This day is designated as auspicious and balancing. It is good for major undertakings.
A balance day brings success to dealings where both sides are equal, not otherwise.
The lunar mansion is Wei, Stomach. This asterism brings wealth and happy events. It is better for public rather than private events.
If you were born in a year or day of Monkey, Rat, or Dragon, this is a good day to organize your affairs, and travel.
Tiger, the sign of the day, is in harmony with Tiger, Horse, Dog, Pig, Rabbit, and Dragon; neutral with Sheep, Rooster, Rat, and Ox; and clashes with Snake and Monkey.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 53, line 3.

Hexagram 53 is Jian, Gradually. The marriage of a maiden. Good fortune. Firm correctness brings rewards.

Line 3 Never lose faith, even in dire straights. The zodiac sign of line 3 is Monkey. By the element of the season, Monkey is becoming weak. By the element of the hexagram, Monkey signifies the development of creative or business interests. Monkey is in harmony with the signs of changing line, 5, clashes with the sign of the day, and is in harmony with the sign of the month. The sequence of elements shows danger. Be wary. The Water of Water Tiger day puts a raven in line 3. Avoid quarreling.
