Chinese astrological I Ching reading reading: 11/10/17

11/10 is the day of Metal Ox in the lunar month of Metal Dog. This is a harmonious combination.
This day is designated as inauspicious and full. Killing Qi enters the central palace making this day bad for all major undertakings.
A full day is good for house warming, debt collections, and coming to agreements.
The lunar mansion is Lou, Mound. This is a very positive asterism. It softens the negative indications for this day.
This day is good for creative work especially if you were born in a year or day of Snake, Rooster, or Ox.
Ox, the sign of the day, is in harmony with Ox, Snake, Rooster, Pig, and Rat; neutral with Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, Monkey, and Dog; and clashes with Horse and Sheep.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 51, line 6.

Hexagram 51 is Zhen, Thunder. Thunder comes amid gaity and glee. It terrifies for one hundred miles around. He does not let the sacrificial spoon spill its spirits.

Line 6 Never overdo anything. The zodiac sign of line 6 is Dog. By the element of the season, Dog is becoming weak. By the element of the hexagram, Dog signifies money. Dog clashes with the sign of the day and is in harmony with the sign of the month. The sequence of elements is powerful. It pays to be in harmony with the ancestors. The Metal of Metal Ox day puts a snake in line 6. Snake signifies secrets, or hidden matters.
