Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 7/15/15
7/15 is the last day of the month of Water Horse. It is the day of Water Dragon. This is a partly discordant combination. It favors entrepreneurs and free lancers.
Dragon is the Star of Art for Rat, Dragon, and Monkey. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this is a good day for creative work.
Dragon generally favors Monkey, Rat, Rooster, and Tiger; is neutral toward Snake, Horse, Sheep, Pig, and Ox; clashes with Dragon and Dog, and is either good or bad with Rabbit depending on circumstances.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method is number 56, line 1.
Hexagram 56 is Lu, the Traveler. Success in small things. Perseverance brings good fortune.
Line 1 warns against pettiness. The zodiac sign for line 1, Dragon, clashes with the sign for the day and is neutral toward the sign for the month. The Water of Water Dragon day puts a tortoise in line 1. Discretion is advisable.
The elements of this hexagram are Fire, Earth, and Fire. The power of Earth, or practicality is good.
