Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 9/18/15

9/18 is the day of Fire Rooster in the month of Wood Rooster. This is a partly harmonious combination. It favors getting money and resolving difficult situations intelligently and by taking positive advantage of them.
Rooster is the Commanding Star for Snake, Rooster, and Ox. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this is a good day to take command of your work and move forward.
If you were born in a year or day of Monkey, Rat, or Dragon this is a good day for romance.
Rooster generally favors Ox, Snake, Dragon, and Monkey; is neutral toward Pig, Rat, Tiger, Horse, and Sheep; clashes with Rooster and Rabbit; and is either good or bad with Dog depending on circumstances.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 12, line 3.

Hexagram 12 is Bi, Standstill. Evil people do not help. The superior man perseveres. The small approaches, the great departs.

Line 3 Petty people who have risen to power are a disgrace. They bear shame even if they do not show it. The zodiac sign of line 3, Rabbit, is weak by the season. In the hexagram it represents money. Rabbit is in partial harmony with the signs of changing line, 1, and clashes with the signs of the day and month. The Fire of Fire Rooster day puts a dragon in line 3. Act positively and take what is yours. Take advantage of the time; there is no resistance.
