Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 9/26/15

9/26 is the day of Wood Snake in the month of Wood Rooster. This is a harmonious combination. It favors creativity and productivity.
Snake is the Traveling Star for Pig, Rabbit, and Sheep. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this may be a busy day, good for making positive moves in your career, reorganizing your ideas, rearranging your home or workplace, and travel.
Snake generally favors Snake, Rooster, Ox, Horse, and Sheep; is neutral toward Dog, Rat, Rabbit, and Dragon; and clashes with Monkey, Pig, and Tiger.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 23, line 5.

Hexagram 23 is Bao, Splitting apart. It is darkest before the dawn. When things are at their worst they begin to improve.

Line 5 yin yields to yang. The zodiac sign of line 5, Rat, is strong by the season. In the hexagram it represents what you create, or your business interest. Rat is in harmony with the signs of  changing line 4 and with the signs of the day and month. The Wood of Wood Snake day puts a tiger in line 5. It favors working vigorously.
