Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 9/29/15

9/29 is the day of Earth Monkey in the month of Wood Rooster. This is a partly discordant combination. It says that those who are strong and healthy are fortunate, but those who are weak need to be careful. It also encourages working through difficulties creatively and inventively.
Monkey is the Traveling Star for Tiger, Horse, and Dog. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this may be a busy day, good for moving forward in work and traveling.
Monkey generally favors Monkey, Rat, Dragon, Rooster, and Dog; is neutral toward Ox, Rabbit, Horse, and Sheep; and clashes with Pig, Tiger, and Snake.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 34, line 4.

Hexagram 34 is Dazhuang, Great Power. It is a time to persevere.

Line 4 advises being shrewd when using power. The zodiac sign of line 4, Horse, is weak by the season. In the hexagram it represents your resources, what supports you. If you are in competition, your opposition appears to be stronger than you, may make demands on you, and challenge you to stand up. You and your opposition may clash if you are not careful. You have poor support. Your opposition has strong support. Your significator, Horse, however, is being helped by the signs of changing line, 6 and is good with the signs of the day and month. If you are positively productive, and are not exhausted or discouraged by your opposition, you will succeed in getting what you want. Your opposition is hindered by obstacles. Be discrete. Don't give too much.
