Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 12/15/15

12/15 is the day of Wood Ox in the month of Earth Rat. This is a partly discordant combination. It favors those of solitary character, and such professions as teachers, psychics, astrologers, scholars, doctors, researchers, writers, designers, and so on.
Ox is the Star of Arts for Snake, Rooster, and Ox. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this is a good day for you for creative activity.
Ox favors Ox, Snake, Rooster, Rat, and Pig; is neutral toward Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, and Monkey; and clashes with Horse, Sheep, and Dog.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 48, line 5.

Hexagram 48 is Jing, the Well. The town can be changed, but not the well. It doesn't increase or decrease. All come to it. If you get almost to the water, but your jug breaks, or the rope is not long enough, bad luck.

Line 5 The well has clear, cool water that everyone can drink freely. The zodiac sign of line 5, Dog, is weak by the season, and, by the hexagram, represents money. Dog is in harmony with the signs of changing line, 4, clashes with the sign of the day, and is in harmony with the sign of the month. In spite of potential trouble there is money to be made. The Wood of Wood Ox day puts a tiger in line 5. Seize your opportunity.
