Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 6/25/16

6/25/16 is the day of Earth Tiger in the month of Wood Horse. This is a partly discordant combination. It favors creativity, occult research, and metaphysical interests. It also contains a Knife Blade, enhancing success, but warning against impatience and anger.
This day is designated as excellent and successful. It is a very favorable day for starting up work, starting a new business, breaking ground, building a new house, moving house, and for a couple to conceive. Any positive activity initiated this day will set up causes and conditions bringing such positive effects as increasing wealth and improved health in two to four months.
This day is bad for illegal activities, gossiping, and fighting.
Tiger, the sign of this day, is the Traveling Star for Monkey, Rat, and Dragon. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is a good day to travel, make progress at work, or make fengshui adjustments and rearrange your home and business place.
Tiger favors Tiger, Horse, Dog, Rabbit, Dragon, and Pig; is neutral toward Sheep, Rooster, Rat, and Ox; and clashes with Snake and Monkey.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 5, line 4.

Hexagram 5 is Xu, Waiting. If you are sincere, you will have success. It is good fortune to persist and cross the great water.

Line 4 Waiting in blood. Get out of the pit. The zodiac sign for line 4, Monkey, is weak by the element of the season, and, by the element of the hexagram, signifies creative, or business interests. Monkey is in partial harmony with the signs of changing line, 6, and clashes with the sign of the day and month. This shows expectancy and revival. The Earth of Earth Tiger day puts a tortoise in line 4. The tortoise hides. What is just new must not be shared with others. Protect it. Don't tell others your business now. Outside opinions are at best unwelcome.
