Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 6/16/15

6/16 is the day of Water Pig in the month of Water Horse. This is the new moon, of the month of Water Horse. It is the high point of the Chinese summer season in which summer solstice comes.
The combination of Water Pig and Water Horse is harmonious and lucky. It favors those who are competitive and creative.
Water Pig is a Knife Blade combination. It can bring out intolerance and anger.
Pig is the Traveling Star for Snake, Rooster, and Ox. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this may be a busy day, good for moving forward in your career, rearranging your home or work place, moving house, and/or traveling.
Pig generally favors Rabbit, Sheep, Rat, Ox, and Tiger; is neutral toward Dragon, Horse, Rooster, and Dog; and clashes with Snake, Monkey, and Pig.
The I Ching hexagram for this day is number 8, line 3.

Hexagram 8 is Bi, Union. Good fortune if you hold to a high standard and are constant. Those who are uncertain gradually join. Those who come too late lose. This hexagram is good in summer.

Line 3 advises paying attention to whom you are attracting. Beware of associating with the wrong people. The zodiac sign of line 3, Rabbit, is in harmony with the signs of changing line, 5, and with the signs of the day and month. The Water of Water Pig day puts a raven in line 3. Associating with the wrong people, no matter how pleasant at first, will sooner or later cause a fight.

The elements of this hexagram are Earth, Earth, and Water. Be cautious. There may be obstructions.
