Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 6/4/15

6/4 is the day of Metal Pig in the month of Metal Snake. This is a discordant combination. It favors independence.
Pig is the Traveling Star for Snake, Rooster, and Ox. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this may be a busy day, good for traveling, rearranging your home and/or work place, and making positive moves in your career.
Pig generally favors Rabbit, Sheep, Tiger, Rat, and Ox; is neutral toward Dragon, Horse, Rooster, and Dog; and clashes with Pig, Snake, and Monkey.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 1, line 6.

Hexagram 1 is Qian, Heaven, or the Creative. Qian brings sublime success through persistence.

Line 6 warns not to overreach proper limits. The zodiac sign of line 6, Dog, is in harmony with the signs of the day and month. The Metal of Metal Pig day puts a snake in line 6. Look beneath the surface. There is more than meets the eye.

The elements of this hexagram are Metal, Metal, and Metal. Good fortune.
