Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 6/18/15
6/18 is the day of Wood Ox in the month of Water Horse. This is a partly harmonious combination. It favors those who make money through art and/or invention. It also gives the ability to turn difficult circumstances to advantage.
Ox is the Star of Art for Snake, Rooster, and Ox. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this is a good time to do creative work.
Ox generally favora Ox, Snake, Rooster, Rat, and Pig; is neutral toward Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, and Monkey; and clashes with Horse, Sheep, and Dog.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 37, line 2.
Hexagram 37 is Jiaren, The Family. The perseverance of the woman furthers.
Line 2 advises taking care of responsibilities within proscribed limits. The zodiac sign for line 2, Ox, is in harmony with the signs of changing lines, 3 and 6, and with the sign of the day, but clashes with the sign of the month. The Wood of Wood Ox day puts a raven in line 2. Overstepping boundaries risks quarreling.
The elements of this hexagram are Wood, Fire, and Wood. This is good for maintaining close relationships and being productive in work.
