Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 6/19/15
6/19 is the day of Fire Tiger in the month of Water Horse. This is a partly discordant combination. It calls for independence and standing up to challenges.
Tiger is the Traveling Star for Monkey, Rat, and Dragon. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this may be a busy day, good for moving forward in your career, rearranging your home or work place, and traveling.
Tiger generally favors Tiger, Dog, Rabbit, Dragon, and Pig; is neutral toward Sheep, Rooster, Rat, Ox, and Sheep; and clashes with Snake and Monkey.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 49, line 4.
Hexagram 49 is Ge, Revolution. When your day comes you are believed. Ge represents a breakthrough. Regret vanishes.
Line 4 advises being sure you are prepared before making changes. The zodiac signs of line 4, Pig and Monkey, clash with one another, are neutral with the signs of changing line, 1, partly clash with the sign of the day, and are neutral with the sign of the month. Action is challenging. The Fire of Fire Tiger day puts a tiger in line 4. Untimely, or foolhardy action will result in disaster.
The elements of this hexagram are Water, Fire, and Metal. The elements are in the order of destruction. If there is something to be done away with, this is the time to act. Otherwise, it is wise to withdraw into introspection.
