Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 12/1/14
12/1 is the day of Fire Horse in the month of Wood Pig. This is a partly harmonious, complicated combination. It shows high intelligence, and favors those who are hardworking and persevering, while it brings out Knife Blade Star, warning about intolerant, aggressive behavior, and potential trouble in relationships, especially in marriage and with in-laws.
This is a peak day for people born in a year or day of Horse.
Despite the Knife Blade, this is a good day for romantic affairs for people born in a year or day of Snake, Rooster, or Ox.
For people born in a year or day of Tiger, Horse, or Dog this is a good day to be assertive and to go forward with career plans.
For people born in a year of Monkey, Rat, or Dragon this is not a particularly good day for meetings or events. Wearing something green helps mitigate shar (bad influences).
Horse gets along harmoniously with Dog, Tiger, Sheep, and Snake; neutrally with Monkey, Rooster, Pig, Rabbit, and Dragon; and discordantly with Rat, Ox, and Horse.
The I Ching hexagram for this day is number 19, line 2.
Hexagram 19 is Lin, or Approach. Success. It is time to persevere. This hexagram is good in winter.
Line 2 says mutual approach. Be willing to cooperate. Make changes to advantage. The zodiac sign for line 2, Rabbit, is in harmony with the signs for changing lines, 1 and 6, and in harmony with the signs of the day and month. The Fire of Fire Horse day puts a worm in line 2. Find your way around whatever hinders you and your efforts will lead to success.

11/30 is the day of Wood Snake in the month of Wood Pig. This is a discordant combination that can precipitate unexpected changes and upsets. It's a tricky combination. Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 11/28/14
11/28 is the day of Water Rabbit in the month of Wood Pig. In itself, this is a most harmonious combination. But, it has a Knife Blade Star. Knife Blade points to obstinate, intolerant, impatient, irritable, eccentric, and reactive behavior. On the other hand, this combination has a Peach Blossom Star, and an Academic Nobleman Star. Peach Blossom Star encourages social activity and lends glamour to some. Academic Nobleman is highly intelligent, fond of learning, and has the ability to take advantage of adverse situations. All in all, the combination is bright and attractive, and has a sharp edge. It especially favors people who are gifted, disciplined, and competitive.
Rabbit is the Star of Romance for Tiger, Horse, and Dog. If you were born in the year or day of one of these three, this is a good day for romance.
If you were born in a year or day of Rabbit, Sheep, or Pig, this is a good day for pursuing your career goals.
If you were born in a year of Snake, Rooster, or Ox, this is not the best day for meetings or events. Wear something black to deflect the shar (bad luck).

The Water of Water Rabbit day puts a worm in line 4. Don't overlook obstacles or red tape. Progress is possible, especially sooner than later. If you were born in a year of Snake, Rooster, or Ox, this is not the best day for important meetings or events. Wear something black to mitigate the shar (bad influences) of the day.
Dragon gets along harmoniously with Monkey, Rat, Rooster, Tiger, and sometimes Rabbit; neutrally with Sheep, Ox, Horse, Snake, and Pig; and disharmoniously with Dragon, Dog, and sometimes Rabbit.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method is number 36, line 4,
Hexagram 36 is Mingyi, or Darkened Light. The sun is below the earth. Light leaves, darkness enters. In difficult times it favors to be persevering. This hexagram is bad in fall. If you are ill, be careful.
Line 1 Do not try to progress to fast. The zodiac signs in line 4, Ox and Horse clash with one another, are in harmony with the sign for the day, Dragon, and are in partial harmony with the sign for the month, Dog. The Metal of Metal Dragon puts a raven in line 4, warning of a quarrel best avoided. Proceed cautiously; ease, or get around tensions; and you will be successful.
The elements of this hexagram are Water, Fire, and Earth. Water destroys Fire; Fire generates Earth. First difficulty, then ease. Hidden assets may be brought out when the time changes.

Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 11/04/14
11/04 is the day of Earth Rabbit in the month of Wood Dog. This is a harmonious combination. It favors practicality, resourcefulness, firmness, and independent, competitive activity.
Rabbit is the Star of Romance for Tiger, Horse, and Dog. If you were born in a year or day of one of these, this is a good day for pursuing your romantic interests.
If you were born in a year or day of Rabbit, Sheep, or Pig, this is a good day for decisive action and to take a positive step forward in your career.
If you were born in a year of Snake, Rooster, or Ox, this is not the best day for important meetings or events. To mitigate the shar (bad luck) of this day, wear something black.
Rabbit gets along harmoniously with Rabbit, Sheep, Pig, Dog, Tiger, and sometimes Dragon; neutrally with Snake, Horse, Monkey, and Ox; and discordantly with Rat, Rooster, and sometimes Dragon.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 16, line 1
Hexagram 16 is Yu, or Enthusiasm. All things begin to sprout. It is time to get helpers, and prepare to set armies marching. This hexagram is good in fall.
Line 1 says it is unfortunate to boast. Be taciturn and watchful. The zodiac sign of line 1, Sheep, is in harmony with the signs of changing line, 2, and in harmony with the sign of the day, Rabbit, but clashes with the sign for the month, Dog. The Earth of Earth Rabbit puts a snake in line 1. Moving along confidently while failing to notice hidden danger results in misfortune. Keep your eyes open.
The elements of this hexagram are Wood, Earth, and Wood. Wood is buried in Earth. It needs to sprout. Before it comes out, there is no recognition. Pay attention to details, and cultivate possibilities.

Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 11/03/14
11/03 is the day of Earth Tiger in the month of Wood Dog. Earth Tiger favors growth, planning, study, learning, writing, gaining knowledge and attaining high achievements, but can bring trouble to relationships, especially when involving in-laws and marriage. The combination of Earth Tiger with Wood Dog is discordant. It can bring about trouble and unexpected reversals. Nonetheless, it favors independence, resourcefulness, and facing challenges head on.
If you were born in a year or day of Monkey, Rat, or Dragon, this is a good day for traveling, reorganizing your home or work place, and/or for taking a positive step forward in your career.
Tiger is Robbing Star for people born in a year or day of Rooster, Ox, or Snake. If you were born in one of these three signs, this could be a very good day for you if you are smart and take advantage of your situation. On the other hand, you could be robbed, not necessarily literally.
If you were born in a year of Rooster, Snake, or Ox, this is also a bad day for important meetings or events. Wear something green to mitigate the shar (bad luck) of the day.
If you were born in a year of Rabbit, Sheep, or Pig, this is a good day to use your planning abilities, but is a bad day for arguments or legal problems. If your spouse or partner is having trouble, treat them gently.
If you were born in a year or day of Pig, Rat, or Ox, this is a good day to work in solitude.
Tiger gets along harmoniously with Tiger, Horse, Dog, Rabbit, Dragon, and Pig; neutrally with Sheep, Rooster, Rat, and Ox; and discordantly with Snake and Monkey.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 3, line 2.
Hexagram 3 is Tun, or Difficulty in the Beginning. It is a sign of things beginning to grow. It leads to success, and encourages persistence. It is good to get cooperation.
Line 2 advises waiting for difficulties, if there are any, to pass before taking action. The zodiac sign of line 2, Tiger, is in harmony with the signs for the day and month, Tiger and Dog. The Earth of Earth Tiger puts a snake in line 2, pointing to something strange or hidden. It's a good day for a private eye. Check to see that everything is in order, and then take action. Results will be positive.
The elements of this hexagram are Water, Wood, and Water. Wood is nourished all around. Harness your resources for success.

Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 11/02/14
11/2 is the day of Fire Ox in the month of Wood Dog. This is a partially harmonious, partially disharmonious combination that favors using creative talent to make money. Fire Ox can cause trouble in relations, especially when it concerns questions of marriage and in-laws. In a year of Horse (we are in the year of Horse), Ox also tends to react anxiously to difficulties and obstacles.
Ox is the Star of Arts for Snake, Rooster, and Ox. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is a good day for creative, inventive, and artistic work.
If you were born in a year or day of Tiger, Rabbit, or Dragon, this is a good day to relax and enjoy solitude.
If you were born in a year of Tiger, Horse, or Dog, this is not a good day to have important meetings or events. If you must, wear something green to help mitigate the shar (bad luck) of the day.
Ox gets along harmoniously with Ox, Snake, Rooster, Rat, Rat, and sometimes Monkey; neutrally with Tiger, Rabbit, Dragon, and sometimes Monkey; and Discordantly with Horse, Sheep, and Dog.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 49, line 4.
Hexagram 49 is Ge, or Revolution. This hexagram works well for people born in a year, month, day, or hour of Tiger or Rabbit. The hexagram is especially good in winter season. It is not so good in fall. We are still in fall. On your day you are believed. Success will come through persevering.
Line 4 says this is not the time to act unless you have arrived at the right place and are ready. The zodiac signs of line 4, Pig and Monkey clash with one another, and the zodiac signs of the day and month, Ox and Dog clash with one another. Conditions are discordant. The signs of line 4 can relate both harmoniously and discordantly with the signs of the day and month; it is possible to make a move, but danger is all around. The Fire of Fire Ox puts a tiger in line 4. This is not favorable. The tiger is fierce, and warns of possible injury. It is possible to make a move, but only if you clearly see the way to do it, are willing to take a chance, and act decisively at the right moment.
The elements of this hexagram are Water, Fire, and Metal. The order of elements is destructive. Self-knowledge is required.
