Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 10/3/15

10/3 is the day of Water Rat in the month of Wood Rooster. This is a harmonious combination. While it favors caring for others, it has an aggressive nature and can be impatient and angry. It does favor research, investigation, and divination, however.
Rat is the Star of Romance for Pig, Rabbit, and Sheep. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this is a good day for paying attention to romantic matters.
If you were born in a year or day of Monkey, Rat, or Dragon, this is a good day for making career moves.
Rat generally favors Rat, Dragon, Monkey, Ox, and Pig; is neutral toward Tiger, Snake, Rooster, and Dog; clashes with Rabbit and Horse; and is either good or bad with Sheep depending on circumstances.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 60, line 1.

Hexagram 60 is Ji, Limitation. Limitation is good except if you go too far with it. Limitation needs to be limited.

Line 1 advises not overstepping your boundaries. The zodiac sign for line 1, Snake, is weak by the season, and represents in this hexagram money, and the object of your desire. Snake is in harmony with the signs of changing line, 3, is neutral toward the sign of the day, and is in harmony with the sign of the month. The Water of Water Rat puts a tortoise in line 1. In financial deals be discrete, and watch that you are not cheated.
