Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 3/11/15

3/11 is the day of Fire Dog in the month of Earth Tiger. This is a harmonious combination. It brings out Implicit Talent Deity. Implicit Talent Deity favors those who are caring, kind, polite, optimistic, and freedom loving. It favors careers in the arts, such as art, music, and theater, and in services and tourism.
This combination can cause trouble in personal relationships, but it also can bring luck.
Dog is the Star of Arts for Tiger, Horse, and Dog. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this is a good day for making progress in creative work.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 20, line 4.

Hexagram 20 is Guan, Contemplation, or Observation. The ablution has been made but not the offering. People look up to him with trust. It suggests waiting and anticipation.

Line 4 advises taking a open-minded view. The zodiac sign of line 4, Sheep, is in harmony with the signs of changing lines 1 and 3, clashes with the sign for the day, and is neutral with the sign for the month. The Fire of Fire Dog day puts a tiger in line 4. Be absolutely sure of yourself if you intend to act, and then act without hesitation.

The elements of this hexagram are Metal, Earth, and Wood. If energy is low, wait. Good fortune comes in the end.
