Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 3/16/15

3/16 is the day of Metal Rabbit in the month of Earth Tiger. This is a harmonious combination. It brings out Primary Resources Deity, favoring those who are benevolent, giving, caring, and able to endure hardship. It favors careers in teaching, nursing, research, publishing, the arts, and religious service.
Metal Rabbit can bring trouble to marriage and with in-laws, but, with Earth Tiger, it brings out the star Tien Yi who resolves predicaments and brings good luck.
Rabbit is the Star of Romance for Tiger, Horse, and Dog. If you were born in a year or day of one of these signs this is a good day for romantic interests.
If you were born in a year or day of Pig, Rabbit, or Sheep this is a good day to take initiative and move forward in your career.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 15, line 5.

Hexagram 15 is Qian, Modesty. Modesty brings success. It is good to carry things through to completion.

Line 5 says it is right to be calm, to make decisions based on right motives, and to take right actions. The zodiac signs of line 5, Pig and Dog are neutral toward one another, in partial harmony with the signs of changing line, 2, and in harmony with the signs of the day and month. The Metal of Metal Rabbit day puts a worm in line 5. If, in moving forward there appears to be an obstacle or hindrance, keep going.

The elements of this hexagram are Metal, Earth, and Earth. A good house is built on strong foundations. If you have built a good reputation and accumulated merit you will succeed.
