Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 3/4/15

3/4 is the day of Earth Rabbit in the month of Earth Tiger. This is a harmonious combination. It brings out Competitive Deity. Competitive Deity favors those who are self-confident, extrovert, independent, decisive, and competitive. At its worst, it favors thieves. Competitive Deity is sometimes called the Deity of Thieves. Competitive Deity also favors adventurous, energetic professions and independent trades with minimum or no constraints.
Rabbit is the Commanding Star for Pig, Rabbit, and Sheep. If you were born in a year of day of one of these three signs this is a good day to take charge and move forward in your career.
If you were born in a year or day of Tiger, Horse, or Dog this is a good day to pursue a romantic interest.
Rabbit favors Rabbit, Sheep, Pig, Tiger, Dog, and sometimes Dragon; is neutral toward Snake, Horse, Monkey, and Ox; and clashes with Rat, Rooster, and sometimes Dragon.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen calculation, is number 44, line 1.

Hexagram 44 is Gou, Coming to Meet. Coming together and separating. The maiden is too powerful. One should not marry.

Line 1 says to nip evil in the bud. Check to see if something evil is trying to get to you. If so, cut it out immediately. The zodiac sign of line 1, Ox, is in discord with the signs of changing line, 2, and with the signs of the day and month. The Earth of Earth Rabbit day puts a snake in line 1. Protect yourself against those who try to impose on you, compromise you, take from you unfairly, or harbor malicious intentions.

The elements of this hexagram are Metal, Wood, and Metal. In the midst of difficulties help comes.
