Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 3/27/15
3/27 is the day of Water Tiger in the day of Earth Rabbit. This is a partially discordant combination. It favors those who work hard to make money. The combination brings out the star Tien Yi. It resolves difficulties and brings luck. It also allows one to take positive advantage of difficult conditions.
Tiger is the Traveling Star for Monkey, Rat, and Dragon. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this may be a busy day, good for traveling, rearranging your home and/or work place, and for making positive moves in your career.
The day of Tiger generally favors people born in a year or day of Tiger, Horse, Dog, Pig, Rabbit, and Dragon; is not bad for people born in a year or day of Sheep, Rooster, Rat, and Ox; and offers challenges to people born in a year or day of Snake, or Monkey.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 30, line 6.
Hexagram 30 is Li, Fire. Perseverance brings success. Take care of what supports you. This hexagram is bad in spring. Fire is useful, but dangerous.
Line 6 says where you need to make corrections, be discerning and just. Keep to right actions. The zodiac signs of line 6, Snake and Rat, are somewhat disharmonious with one another, are partly harmonious with the signs of changing lines 1, 4, and 5, and clash with the signs of the day and month. The Water of Water Tiger day puts a tiger in line 6. Avoid harsh judgments and harmful actions.
The elements of this hexagram are Fire, Fire, and Fire. The energy is intensely brilliant.
