Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 3/7/15

3/7 is the day of Water Horse in the month of Earth Tiger. This is a partially discordant combination. It brings out Deity of Imposing Authority. Deity of Imposing Authority favors those who are authoritative, aspiring, alert, firm, persevering, decisive, and bold. It also favors all adventurous, risky professions including the military.
This combination also brings out Academic Nobleman Star. It always finds ways around problems and can turn adversity to advantage.
Horse is the Commanding Star for Tiger, Horse, and Dog. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs this is a good day for going boldly forward in your career.
If you were born in a year or day of Snake, Rooster, or Ox this is a good day for romantic adventures.
Horse favors Dog, Tiger, Sheep, and Snake; is neutral toward Monkey, Rooster, Pig, Rabbit, and Dragon; and clashes with Horse, Rat, and Ox.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 57, line 6.

Hexagram 57 is Sun, Wind. Success through what is small. It is good to be active and to see those who are influential.

Line 6 encourages us to be decisive. The zodiac sign of line 6, Rabbit, is in harmony with the signs of changing lines 1, 2, and 4, and with the signs of the day and month. The Water of Water Horse day puts a tiger in line 6. Carpe diem!

The elements of this hexagram are Wood, Wood, and Wood. The power of Wood is strong. Be decisive. Friends come.
