Daily Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 3/29/15

3/29 is the day of Wood Dragon in the month of Earth Rabbit. This is a dangerous combination. It can cause sudden, undesirable changes, accidents, and reversals. It favors those who are competitive and independent.
Dragon is the Star of Arts for Monkey, Rat, and Dragon. If you were born on a day or year of one of these three signs this is a good day to be creatively active.
Dragon helps those born in a year, month, day, or hour of Monkey, Rat, Rooster, and Tiger; neither helps nor hinders those born under Snake, Horse, Sheep, Pig, and Ox; fights those born under Dragon and Dog; and will either help or hinder those born under Rabbit.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 30, line 6.

Hexagram 30 is Li, Fire. Perseverance brings success. It pays to take care of what supports you. This hexagram is bad in spring. Fire can destroy. Beware of going to extremes and of being negligent.

Line 6 advises being clear and discriminating when making corrections. The zodiac sign of line 6, Snake, is neutral toward the signs of changing line 1, and toward the signs of the day and month. The Wood of Wood Dragon day puts a tortoise in line 6. Avoid, and beware of theft. Be discrete and clear in making judgments.

The elements of this hexagram are Fire, Fire, and Fire. The energy is brilliant and laser sharp. It can be used creatively and destructively.
