Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 7/15/16

7/15 is the day of Earth Monkey in the month of Wood Sheep. This is a clash combination. It enables you to take advantage of bad situations to resolve difficulties in your affairs.
This day is designated auspicious and remove.
Remove day is good for cleaning, getting rid of unwanted things, spiritual practices to get rid of bad influences, end bad relationships, and go for medical treatment. In fengshui, this is an excellent day for space clearing, banishing negative influences, and releasing ghosts.
The day is ok for construction, renovations, burials, ground digging, excavating of mountains for construction, landscaping, and not so good for opening a business.
The lunar mansion of this day is Niu, the Ox. This is a disaster star. It warns to tone down everything. It is very bad for all major activities. It is especially bad for marriage and signing contracts of any kind, and is dangerous for traveling.
Monkey, the sign of this day, is the Traveling Star for Tiger, Horse, and Dog. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is a good day to clean up the house or work place, move forward with your work, but not good for traveling.
Monkey favors Monkey, Rat, Dragon, Rooster, and Dog; neutral toward Ox, Rabbit, Horse, and Sheep; and clashes with Pig, Tiger, and Snake.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen method, is number 36, line 4.

Hexagram 36 is Mingyi, Darkening of the Light. In bad times it is favorable to persevere.

Line 4 When you get to the very heart of the problem you are free to leave. The zodiac sign for line 4, Ox, is weak by the element of the season, and, by the element of the hexagram, signifies power and storage of money. Ox is in harmony with the signs of changing line, 5, neutral toward the sign of the day, and clashes with the sign of the month. Profit lies ahead, but beware of possible loss. The Earth of Earth Monkey day puts a tortoise in line 4. Beware of theft or of people selfishly using you. This is a good day to get rid of them.
