Chinese astrological I Ching reading: 8/1/16

8/1 is the day of Wood Rabbit in the month of Wood Sheep. This is a very harmonious combination. It favors metaphysical interests and independence.
This day is designated as excellent and success. It is good for just about everything. It is especially good for renovations, fengshui operations, moving house, opening a new business, traveling, and getting married. Positive actions made today will bring increased wealth later on.
A success day is excellent. All the begins now ends well. This is not good for lawsuits, however.
The lunar mansion of this day, Zhang, or Bow, is most positive, and is good for all commercial and personal activities.
Rabbit, the sign of this day, is the Star of Romance for Tiger, Horse, and Dog. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is a good day for romantic affairs.
Rabbit is the Commanding Star for Pig, Rabbit, and Sheep. If you were born in a year or day of one of these three signs, this is an excellent day to make progress in your work.
Rabbit favors Rabbit, Sheep, Pig, Dog, and Tiger; is neutral toward Snake, Horse, Monkey, and Ox; clashes with Rat and Rooster; and is ambivalent toward Dragon.
The I Ching hexagram for this day, using the King Wen  method, is number 19, line 2.

Hexagram 19 is Lin, Approach. Great success. It is good to persevere. Use your time wisely.

Line 2 Joint approach. Good luck. Everything is favorable. The zodiac sign of line 2, Rabbit, is weak by the element of the season, and, by the element of the hexagram, signifies power. Rabbit is in harmony with the signs of changing line, 5, and with the signs of the day and the month. Everything is positive. The Wood of Wood Rabbit day puts a raven in line 2. Danger of envy and jealousy. Avoid arguments. Somebody is in a bad mood.
